Megan’s background in community development work in the voluntary sector has given her a wealth of skills and experience in understanding the needs of organisations, facilitating organisational development and delivering training.
This has included: measuring impact; developing an outcomes approach; service user involvement and consultations; performance improvement (monitoring & evaluation, strategic planning, assessing and improving quality); good practice in volunteering; developing partnerships and consortia; social enterprise development; preparing for commissioning; implementing full cost recovery.
Over the last few years Megan has worked intensively with youth groups, international development NGOs and mental health organisations. Megan is a Mental Health First Aid instructor and has recently completed her PTLLS training (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector).
