Training

As well as generic equality and diversity courses and briefings, we have developed (and successfully delivered) a number of courses for specific sectors such as Health and Higher and Further education.

All of our courses and briefings can be accessed in different ways.

Option 1

We come and deliver the course for you, in-house. We would tailor it to your organisation’s needs and incorporate your values, vision statements and make reference to your policies and procedures.

Option 2

You buy the course content, off the shelf, as a training package and deliver it in-house yourself. The pack will provide you with all the training materials and a licence to deliver the course in house as often as you require.

Our training packages contain fail-safe training manuals that incorporate:

• Course information, programme and learning outcomes
• PowerPoint slides
• Exercises
• Practice based scenarios including feedback sheets for each scenarios
• Trainers’ notes and feedback sheets

Option 3

We come and run a training for trainers course for you using the pack. Our Training for trainers courses are always accompanied by fail-safe training manuals that incorporate:

• Pre-course reading for trainers
• Participants’ pack
